Then come and join our global team as 4D ICE and Interventional Echocardiography Clinical Application Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA to support the overall internal and external training in the assigned region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), with a focus on Germany. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries. This position can be either filled at one of our Siemens Healthineers sites within Germany or Italy (e.g., Berlin, Dusseldorf, Erlangen, Hamburg, Munich, Milano, Rome, Naples, etc.). Your tasks and responsibilities: Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and cath/EP lab staff during interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring effective use of the AcuNav Lumos 4D ICE Catheter and interventional ultrasound systems. Act as a trusted clinical partner, using consultative selling techniques to identify new opportunities and support account development. Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and clinical introductions. Maintain deep clinical expertise in intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) across electrophysiology and structural heart procedures, staying updated with latest clinical applications. Contribute to product innovation by providing structured feedback to development, marketing, and training teams based on clinical experience. Create and deliver high-quality training content for healthcare professionals and internal teams, ensuring consistent education and knowledge transfer. Prepare and curate clinical content for congresses and internal communications by identifying relevant clinical cases and success stories. Your qualifications and experience: University degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field. Extensive hands-on clinical experience in echocardiography and interventional cardiology, ideally in hospitals, cath labs, or hybrid ORs, with understanding of workflows and challenges. Alternative: Many years of professional experience as clinical application specialist or Cath Lab Nurse with relevant qualifications, even without a degree. Strong background in cardiac imaging, especially 3D/4D modalities and TEE, preferably ICE. Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct effective clinical training. Your attributes and skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; business fluent in English, German, and/or Italian. Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated on product guidelines, clinical practices, troubleshooting, literature, and product developments. Experience working in international, matrix, and cross-functional environments. Highly adaptable, organized, and able to work under pressure. Strong ability to understand healthcare professionals' needs and translate insights into actionable feedback. Proactive, curious, solution-focused, and passionate about medical technology. Willing to travel frequently (>80%) across the EMEA region for on-site support. Depending on experience and qualification, task enrichment above the general pay scale is possible.
