Industrialization Engineer

You will be responsible for the transition from design to production in the automotive sector, optimizing processes and ensuring quality. About This Vacancy Lead the industrialization of new products in the automotive sector Ensure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standards Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability Supervise installation and testing of production equipment Manage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans) Work in a dynamic, technical environment with international growth opportunities Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives What We Expect From You Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent) At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering or industrialization (preferably within the automotive sector) Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process analysis tools Experience with CAD (e.g., CATIA, Creo), PLM software, and MES systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs Leadership, results orientation, and ability to work in cross-functional teams Strong analytical and communication skills Fluent in English; German is a plus What You Can Expect From Us TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to their clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
