R&D Testing Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview CEM S.p.A. is a manufacturing company part of the Kärcher Group, a German multinational leader in domestic, professional, and industrial cleaning equipment and solutions. For our Quistello plant, we are recruiting a/an R&D Testing Engineer (M/F/D). Responsibilities Electromechanical assembly of prototypes; Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures; Preparation of reports and technical documentation; Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations; Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies; Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders; Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical); Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies; Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken; Good knowledge of Google Suite; Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative; Knowledge of machine tools (preferred); Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).
