Role Description The Import/Export Officer will be responsible for managing documentation, customs procedures, and relationships with international clients both within and outside the EU. Main Responsibilities Prepare, manage and file import/export documentation (contracts, invoices, customs bills, various certifications such as phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, etc.) Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, administration, production, and research) Monitor shipments and manage customs procedures Support the Export Manager in international commercial activities Contact customers for orders management Required Skills High school diploma or degree in linguistic or agricultural disciplines Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of at least one additional foreign language will be considered an advantage Good command of IT tools (MS Office package, management software) Strong organizational skills, accuracy and problem-solving attitude Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar roles Soft Skills Accuracy Sense of responsibility Excellent interpersonal skills All our job postings are open to candidates of any gender, age, and nationality (pursuant to Law No. 903/77, Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03, as amended).
