Process Engineer

Overview RAICAM is a solutions provider of high tech friction materials, brake actuators, transmission and cooling applications for a diverse range of markets. For our plant in Bruzolo (TO) we are currently looking for a Process Engineer. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize brake pad manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs. Develop and implement new production technologies and methodologies. Monitor and control process parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues related to production processes. Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new materials and formulations. Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related disciplines. Proven experience of at least 5 years in the brake pad manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of sintering, molding, and coating processes. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and simulation software. Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of quality and safety regulations in the automotive sector. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Ability to draft technical specifications for suppliers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to co-design with equipment suppliers. Fluent in both italian and english Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems Knowledge of CAD software.
