Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Developer We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to join our team at NTT DATA Europe & Latam . The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, performing exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, and ensuring data quality and integrity through data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. What You'll Be Doing Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and inform business decisions Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and workflows Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Develop and maintain regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the data analysis workflow Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and BI Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures What You'll Bring Along Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role Experience working on BI projects is highly desirable Proven track record of delivering accurate and actionable data insights Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL and Excel Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Polars, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Synapse Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities Familiarity with ETL processes and data engineering concepts Knowledge of Delta Lake and DataVault 2.0 Experience with ITIL and software as a service (SaaS) concepts Understanding of cloud architecture Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
