Someone with well rounded experience. Relevant OR experience-at least 2-5 years, will consider less if strong candidate. Cataracts experience preferred but not required.- Scrubbing required - RN's: No but a plus.- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: OR Charge RN- OR techs: Yes- EMR: Meditech- Shifts & Scheduling: 9 or 10 hour shifts that rotate to cover late discharges. Schedule out 4 weeks in advance for 6 weeks, no self scheduling.- Weeknight/Call Requirements: Average one week night call.- Weekend/Call Requirements: 24 hour call Friday night.
