TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified RNFA RN in Canton, Ohio, 44708! Pay Information $3,136 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. Minimum of 18 months permanent CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel. Must have experience with vein harvesting. License: Must have an active RN license from Ohio or a compact RN license. Certifications: Must have RNFA certification. AHA BLS certification required. Must-Have: Two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. One reference from a supervisor or physician specific to RNFA/CSFA positions is required. Description: Monday to Friday schedule with 80 hours per pay period. Weekday and weekend on-call, as well as holiday on-call, will be discussed during the interview. Float to main operating room if no CVOR cases are scheduled. Candidates must complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start. This is necessary to obtain privileges to work. All required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. Candidates will undergo assessments during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Candidates will receive a maximum of two attempts to pass assessments; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the contract. Candidates must provide two supervisory references. All other required qualifications must be met to ensure eligibility. There is a strict policy against calling the facility directly. Candidates must complete background checks and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
