Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience. The position involves working with a diverse patient population across various age groups. Common diagnoses include respiratory distress, overdose, congestive heart failure, dialysis, and hypertension. The patient ratio will be flexible depending on acuity, typically 1 nurse to 4-5 patients. Equipment used includes standard Emergency Department tools and GE monitors. Candidates should be team players with an engaged and positive attitude. A valid nursing license and required certifications are mandatory for this position. Dress code includes scrubs of any color.
