The Person Minimum 2 years' experience in a print finishing role within a commercial printing environment. Proven skills in operating guillotines, laminators, creasers, and booklet makers. Experience with digital die-cutting, PUR binding, wiro binding, duplexing, and wide format printing desirable. Understanding of quality control processes in print finishing. Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Able to work confidently under instruction and on own initiative. Communicate well within a team. Good numerical and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Physically capable of lifting medium weight boxes.
