Parts Supervisor

Parts Supervisor required for an Automotive Car Dealership located in Cheltenham. The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £28,500. The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor role are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with 1-in-4 Saturdays scheduled for 9:00am-1:00pm. Benefits: 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. Role Specification: A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor Managing the sourcing and supply of Vehicle Parts Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives Motivating and developing the Parts Team Ensuring that Vehicle Technicians are served quickly as possible with appropriate Parts. Obtain a UK Driving Licence with minimal points. Responsibilities: Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
