With a turnover of approximately £100M and a track record of tripling in size over the past five years, this business is on an ambitious growth trajectory. Operating as part of a wider European manufacturing network, the company is well-positioned to scale further through strategic partnerships, category expansion, and international collaboration. As Commercial Director , you will lead the UK Sales & Marketing function, reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, owning the P&L, and driving profitable growth across multiple categories. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and people leadership. What You’ll Bring A proven track record in senior commercial roles within FMCG, ideally in private label food manufacturing. Deep experience in the UK grocery retail sector , with strong relationships at Category Director level and above . Knowledge of other channels such as wholesale, convenience, and strategic partnerships is highly desirable. A history of managing and developing high-performing teams.
