Join at Associate level Run a non-contentious private client caseload to include: Wills, probate, succession planning, administration of estates, trusts, tax & tax risk & wealth management Clients are typically high net worth individuals, business owners, executors and trustees - but of course no clients are turned away You could also advise land owners & farmers across the South West Those who are not keen on business development are encouraged to apply (plenty of work to go round!) The Team: This is a very well respected & fairly large team Excellent paralegal & secretarial support for all fee earners The team work collaboratively across several locations including Exeter No micro-managing here! Those who can are encouraged to work autonomously What will you need?
