Pensions lawyer 1years’ PQE JERSEY

Well regarded offshore commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Pensions lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE in Jersey. This role will be to support this firm’s Pensions practice in both their Guernsey and Jersey offices. The successful individual can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey and will be required to travel between the Islands. You can expect to undertake the following: • Assisting with drafting and amending pension schemes • Advising pension providers, trustees and employers on a range of pension issues • Advising on pension legislation/ regulation • Providing specialist pension support as part of Corporate Due Diligence exercises. Applicants will be qualified in a UK or commonwealth jurisdiction and have a strong background in Pensions law.
