Print Production Controller Salary: £33,000 £35,000 per annum Location: Biggin Hill Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (negotiable) Pin Point Recruitment is working with a leading print and production business to recruit a Print Production Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced print professional to join a growing team, supporting the Production Manager and Team Leader in ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard. You will take responsibility for managing jobs from start to finish, liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to make sure every project runs smoothly. Print Production Controller Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage. Work closely with the Account Management team to fully understand briefs and client requirements. Monitor current jobs, minimising costs, reducing waste, and improving lead times. Deliver all projects correctly, on time, and to the agreed quality standards. Escalate and resolve any issues quickly, providing effective solutions. Maintain strong communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Oversee and manage outsourced permanent POS production. Keep up to date with MIS systems, print materials, and technical developments. Accurately manage invoicing and job administration. Support Account Management and New Business teams with presentations, pitches, and site visits when required. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth. Print Production Controller Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in print production. Strong knowledge of print production processes and best practice. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional, reliable, and conscientious.
