In this role, you'll connect with venues, promoters, and music industry professionals to create new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and fuel revenue growth. If you're motivated, results-oriented, and excited by the energy of the music scene, this role is your chance to shine.What You'll Do:- Prospect new customers and qualify inbound leads to build a strong pipeline- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets- Build lasting relationships with venues, promoters, and industry partners- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings- Lead product demos and tailor solutions to client needs- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately- Share client feedback to continuously improve sales strategiesWhat We're Looking For:- 3 years of sales experience (music, entertainment, or related industries preferred)- A true passion for music and live events - Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals- Confident communicator, comfortable with cold calls and presentations- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities- Ability to work hybrid: 2 days in our Old Montreal officeWhy Join?This is more than a sales job — it's an opportunity to merge your professional skills with your love of music.
