Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Fulfillment Operations Manager to handle their major account, Costco!This role is all about precision, coordination, and execution. You'll be the key player managing every step of Costco's order process — from product development and raw material planning, all the way through production, shipment, and delivery to the consumer. If you thrive on juggling details, collaborating across teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, this is the opportunity to make your mark.Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary project manager for all Costco orders, ensuring compliance with Costco's requirements.- Oversee the entire order lifecycle: concept, production, delivery.- Collaborate with production, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and sales to resolve challenges and keep timelines on track.- Monitor raw material availability and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.- Serve as the main contact for Costco's buying team, building strong communication and trust.- Anticipate issues and proactively drive solutions before they impact deadlines.Qualifications:- Direct experience with Costco is required (non-negotiable).- Minimum 3 years in order fulfillment, project management, supply chain, or account management.- Strong knowledge of production processes, raw materials, and product development cycles.- Previous experience with large retail accounts and B2B sales.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Ready to embrace a fresh career move this fall?
