YOUR ROLE: As a Paralegal, you will provide support in corporate law matters. Your main responsibilities will include: Coordinate searches in various registers (RDPRM and other similar registers);Maintain minute books;Forward closing documents to the appropriate resources and coordinate their assembly and signing;Draft reports related to securities and other transactions;Coordinate documentation related to the incorporation, registration, liquidation, and dissolution of companies;Assist other teams in the legal department (commercial contracts, leases). REQUIRED SKILLS:DCS in Paralegal Technology or other combination of experience and equivalent training;Experience in a similar role;Excellent command of French and English (read, spoken, written);Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;Thoroughness and attention to detail;Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
