The candidate we would love to meet: - At least 1 years of experience in a human resources role- ADP Workforce Now (great asset)- Experience with Canadian payroll (great asset)- Strong attention to detail - Team spiritOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reason for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions including US- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Main Responsibilities: - Onboard new employees and input all information into the HRIS system (ADP)- Prepare payroll journal entries for Head Office and Canadian Sales representatives- Monitor employees approaching eligibility for health insurance and manage enrollment/termination (Canada)- Coordinate the insurance renewal process in collaboration with different divisions- Conduct exit interviews and maintain the exit interview database- Ensure legal compliance by implementing and monitoring HR procedures and policies- Prepare monthly payroll reports for the parent company- Assist with labour-related matters and support general HR administration- Contribute to year-end reporting and other special HR projects as neededPlease send your resume in Word format to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
