Job Description As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities Identify and engage engineers in IT who are willing to relocate to Sweden. Present and promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates. Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment cycles. Coordinate with global recruiters, management, and the Swedish delivery team to facilitate relocation. Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with multinational colleagues. Support clients in fields including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Required competence and qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions. High quality standards and strong brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request. Self-confident, social, friendly, and motivated with a positive attitude toward work and colleagues. Resilient, able to persevere after setbacks, and maintain professionalism. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
