Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry We are looking to hire a senior headhunter to help us find engineers willing to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will work with a competent global team of recruiters and a Swedish delivery management team to support relocation for our consultants. We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities Identify and engage engineers in IT who are willing to relocate to Sweden. Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust during the relocation process. Collaborate with a global recruitment team and the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics. Coordinate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset and a focus on finding the best solutions. High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, and able to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, social, friendly, and motivated with a professional demeanor. Resilient with the ability to handle rejection and strive for success. Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible with a presentable appearance. Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources Conditions Location: Remote (work from home or from a co-location center of your choice). Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes; overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
