About 30,000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and management in Sweden. You will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics. We fix everything for our employees—visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Required competence (Please ensure this is documented in your CV) At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies. Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request. Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
