Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry Sweden needs skilled engineers. Currently we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about all the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation with a competent global team of recruiters and Swedish management. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Our Swedish delivery management team handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.). We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it! Core values: joy, trust, professionalism. Start date: Start ASAP. Responsibilities Identify and engage software engineering candidates for relocation to Sweden. Build trust with candidates about relocation and living in Sweden. Coordinate with global and Swedish teams to support relocation (visa, work permits, housing, travel). Present the benefits of living and working in Sweden to potential hires. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment efforts. Maintain a proactive, service-oriented approach to meet recruitment needs. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience. Solid network of local IT engineering talent. Service-oriented with flexibility to find the best solution for each challenge. High quality standards and strong brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models. Upper-intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones. Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and resilient with a constructive attitude toward setbacks. Passionate about success, with an executive yet approachable demeanor. Responsive, responsible, and professional appearance. Employment terms Full-time role. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
