There are about 30,000 engineers needed by 2030 (according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau). We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. This role focuses on finding engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and guiding them through the relocation process. Responsibilities As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team responsible for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.). You will plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will contribute to helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Work will be performed from home or a co-location center of your choice. You will be part of an efficient team with a focus on joy, trust and professionalism. Required competence Please document in your CV: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with high self-motivation. Persistent and able to handle objections constructively. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Offer details Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
