Overview Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. Sweden needs skilled engineers with roughly 200 open positions for Software Engineers with clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.). Our clients operate in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope’s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism. Responsibilities Identify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden. Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits and opportunities in Sweden. Coordinate with global recruiters, Sweden-based leadership, and relocation teams to facilitate moving, visas, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements. Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with international colleagues. Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience. Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service oriented, with flexibility to find the best solutions. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation. Resilient, able to handle rejection and persevere. Goal-oriented with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance. Offer & Details Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: Remote work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
