Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry We are seeking an experienced recruiter to help us find software engineers for Sweden. You will work with a global team of recruiters and a Swedish management group, and you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. Responsibilities Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. Build trust with suitable candidates, often moving to a new country as part of a major life decision. Collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam to plan and execute recruitment efforts. Coordinate with the relocation support team to address visa, work permits, housing, travel and related logistics. Contribute to a client portfolio in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Operate within an efficient team focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Offer and work setup Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem. Free national holidays, with maintained payment. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for challenges. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation. Resilient and persistent, able to take a negative response and persevere. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
