The role focuses on recruiting software engineers for Sweden, supporting relocation, visa/work permits, housing, tickets, and related logistics through a global team. Responsibilities Find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation processes. Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics. Coordinate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries and Sweden. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience. Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, social, friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated. Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated. Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Offer and Logistics Location: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
