Approximately 30 000 by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have about 200 open positions for software engineers with our clients in Sweden. Your role is to help us identify engineers who are ready to embark on the adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. As a senior headhunter, you will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, along with a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants. We arrange visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and other relocation needs. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. • Build trust with suitable candidates, supporting relocation logistics, and coordinating with the global recruiting team and Swedish management. • Work with our Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation matters for consultants. • Collaborate with clients across industries including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies. Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request. Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance. Extent & Duration Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
