Overview Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. We are seeking a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will work with a global team to attract engineers, explain the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and support relocation and onboarding. Responsibilities Identify and engage engineers for software, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development roles in Sweden. Build trust with suitable candidates and explain benefits and relocation options. Coordinate with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Required competence / Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or related technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for current challenges. High quality standards and strong brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models. Upper-intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and fulfill recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and capable of handling rejection constructively. Resilient, persistent, and capable of maintaining effort after setbacks. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance. Employment details Location: Remote (work from home) or from a co-location center of your choice. Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months. Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
