Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry What you will do As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will identify and inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, build trust with suitable candidates, and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and local management to support relocation (visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related logistics). Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in multiple countries and you will contribute to helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Qualifications and requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution. High quality standards and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation. Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue toward goals. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Employment details Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
