Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office in Kelvin View, Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, implementing structures and processes, and ensuring an efficient, professional, and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of office administration and operations. Implement and maintain effective departmental structures, systems, and processes. Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Support management with administrative and operational requirements. Monitor and manage office budgets, resources, and supplies. Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments. Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in reporting, follow-ups, and execution of tasks. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in office management or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to implement new structures and processes effectively. Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-up and task completion skills.
