Responsibilities: Carry out daily plant checks Carry out repairs to motors, control equipment and other electrical equipment Accurately record all work done on job card or on planned maintenance schedules Carry out planned maintenance schedules and safety inspections on equipment as instructed Undertake installation and modification of equipment and plant as instructed Assist the electrical foreman with the efficient running of the electrical department Qualification and Experience: Theory training in the electronic trade, equivalent to N3 Practical training and qualified with trade Test of Electrician Training in AC & DC variable speed drives and PLCs Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Thorough knowledge and understanding of electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment Thorough knowledge and understanding of power, reticulation and process type of equipment, ranging from 12V to 11Kv
