Responsibilities Lead the regional IT governance and operations function, providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple countries. Support senior regional leadership in ensuring technology teams across markets operate in alignment with group standards and objectives. Oversee local IT operations, including incident response, change/release processes, day-to-day support, and project delivery. Define and monitor performance metrics for local teams, including regular reviews and progress tracking against annual objectives. Guide the development and maintenance of strategic IT roadmaps for each location. Conduct in-depth capability assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas, followed by actionable remediation planning. Facilitate recurring forums, steering groups, and operational reviews with key stakeholders across the region. Consolidate insights from country teams to create executive-level reporting and analysis. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent Over 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a regional or senior leadership capacity. Strong background in multi-country IT coordination within complex or matrixed environments. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.
