Overview A great opportunity to join as an Assistant Front Office Manager at a Luxury hotel in Florence. Responsibilities Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing reception operations Ensure that reception team members adhere to Forbes standards In the absence of the Front Office Manager, lead daily briefings / handovers and regularly review the booking schedule Assist the Front Office Manager in training and supervising the team Ensure guest requests are effectively communicated to all relevant departments Handle guest complaints and requests in coordination with all departments Identify and anticipate guest needs whenever possible Welcome and escort guests to their rooms Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous assistance to guests Accurately manage cash handling Oversee guest correspondence, both incoming and outgoing Requirements 3 years of experience in the same role or as a Front Office Supervisor in luxury hotels Full professional proficiency in English and one additional European language Knowledge of front office operations, including reception, cashiering, and concierge services Familiarity with hotel management software Education in hospitality or a related field Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to work well in a team Positive attitude Experience: Front Office Agent in luxury hotels: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: On-site Application Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted Check Your Resume for Match: Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
