Overview We’re Hiring : Business Developer @ The Paperplane Workshop The Paperplane Workshop is an Italian design-to-production consultancy for footwear, apparel, and accessories. We partner with international brands across design, development, sourcing, and production, turning ideas into finished products. We’re looking for a Business Developer to grow our client portfolio in Europe and the US. Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals in the fashion & footwear space. What you’ll do Identify and approach new brand partners Build long-term relationships with design directors, sourcing managers, and founders Represent us at trade shows, events, and client meetings Shape proposals and service offers with the CEO Hand over projects seamlessly to our design & ops team What we’re looking for Proven experience in business development / sales in fashion, footwear, or consumer goods Strong network of industry contacts (Europe / US) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset — a self-starter who loves creating opportunities Fluent in English (Italian is a plus) What we offer Base salary performance-based commission Work with leading and emerging brands in the fashion industry Creative, international team and strong supplier network Direct impact : your results will shape the future of The Paperplane Workshop Potential to touch various areas of project & see all process at first hand Great office environment We\'re based in small Italian town on the coast so food & weather is pretty good Oh and our office has a sea view. not something most big brands can boast : ) Location Lavagna, GE Off-site / Hybrid is also an option J-18808-Ljbffr
