Overview COMPANY PROFILE : PRIMARY FUNCTION : The Value Analyst is accountable for delivering the product cost to target. The employee is the driver and expert relative to product cost management for current and new products. Responsibilities Providing technical product cost estimate for complete vehicle at beginning of a new development. Breaking down the target to system and part level. Brainstorming ideas and evaluation of different options to drive the team to find optimal solutions (bearing in mind other factors such as manufacturing and customer requirements). Detailed cost estimates to support purchasing negotiations (piece cost and tooling). Tracking the cost evolution through the program and support / drive recovery actions. Monitor the current product cost (KMS-COP) and manage PCM tool (Creation and maintenance) and NPCT- identify risk and prioritize and support cost reduction projects. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Technical. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering, Cost Management or Finance. Ability to make assumptions and estimates from preliminary information as well as accurate detailed tracking and analysis. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and big data analysis. Can-do attitude, team player and ability to work with mínimal supervision, taking lead roles where necessary. Language requirements : Italian, fluent English. Other information Self-motivated, independently able to manage workload. Able to present results simply and clearly. Good verbal & written communication skills at all levels. J-18808-Ljbffr
