Job Description Role and responsibilities Maintain the IPCHEM software, covering full-stack development (HTML, JavaScript, Java/Tomcat, PostgreSQL); Lead the maintenance of IPCHEM data harmonization, integration, and dissemination processes (ETL, ownCloud, R, Python scripting); Support data providers and users of IPCHEM, including curation of onboarding standards and documentation; Lead the harmonization and integration of new datasets or updates to existing ones; Coordinate with the IPCHEM system manager, business manager, data providers, and users. Qualifications Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of: Java/Tomcat-based web application development and maintenance PostgreSQL/PostGIS data management (excluding server administration) Good knowledge of: HTML, JavaScript, R, Python software maintenance Basic knowledge of: ownCloud (or Nextcloud) platform administration and APIs (excluding server admin), PHP ETL data harmonization tools (Pentaho Data Integration – Community Edition) Additional competencies include software maintenance, security, data protection, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and good communication skills in English.
