About the Role Our goal is to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an architectural design software that offers exceptional graphic visualization and usability. We are currently developing the first BIM software that is linked to the direct production of buildings. What You Will Do Facilitate Scrum Events (daily standup meeting, refinement, review, retrospective, planning) Monitor work progress and identify potential risks and obstacles, then help teams to identify and prevent them Support Product Owners and Group Tech Lead in Roadmap definition, Backlog planning and Capacity definition Care about motivation (both at team and individual level) Report to CTO and CDO Requirements 4-5 years of Scrum Master experience Scrum Master certification is required Proficient with at least one software between Jira, Gitlab and DevOps Ability to manage and assess risk Prevent and solve problems / conflicts in complex and chaotic scenarios English & Italian Proficiency You write and speak fluently in both languages, we are an international team!
