With an active real estate license, our comprehensive training program will guide you through effective strategies. You'll master responding to live tour requests, developing efficient systems, and establishing a solid foundation. Many of our agents close 2–3 deals monthly within their first 90 days by following our proven process. Our hands-on onboarding process ensures you hit the ground running. In your first 5 days, you'll learn to convert leads, conduct buyer and seller consultations, and navigate contracts—enabling you to start showing homes swiftly. What We Expect from You: Manage residential transactions for both buyers and sellers, ensuring clients are informed throughout the entire process. Draft precise and clear contracts, handling listing and purchase paperwork with accuracy. Utilize current market data and property details to price homes competitively. Maintain prompt communication with clients, ensuring quick responses and availability. Keep your CRM organized, diligently tracking Zillow and other leads to ensure nothing is overlooked. What You Can Expect from Us: Receive live tour requests directly to your phone, with buyers scheduling instantly—giving you immediate access to leads.
