Job Description Job Description Summary Future All*Star's Academy is looking for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher Part-Time Special-Ed Aide Join our amazing/educated team, as either a full-time or part-time employee, where we inspire child(ren) to dream of a bright future! Duties Are compassionate caring and love the children! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and YoungStar policies and standards. Communicate directly with parents, through ProCare, newsletters, emails and much more! Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Are rewarded with hugs from children and praise from parents every day! Have meaningful conversations about children's developments Support each other through staff meetings and daily interactions are a valued part of our vision for the center, with opportunities to grow, learn anddream. Create fun and interactive learning experiences Requirements Will be willing to learn and complete any training needed for the position Will have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans based around Pyramid Model/WMELS focus Will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or at least 6 Early Childhood Credits from an Institute of higher education. Will be trained in Abusive Head Trauma, SIDS, CPR/First Aid and AED) Will be trained in Pyramid Model and ASQ-3 and SE Will want to be part of a team that respects and learns from each other Will have the ability to meet state, YoungStar and/or accreditation requirements Will be flexible as to the hours and schedule of work but will not have to work holidays or weekends.
