ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and driven Trailer Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of trailer systems including brakes, suspension, air, electrical, bodywork, and liftgates. WHAT WE OFFER Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan Paid time off Growth opportunities/Paid Training Long term job security KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose, service, and repair trailers of all makes and models Perform inspections and preventative maintenance Complete brake jobs, lighting repairs, air system troubleshooting, and body repairs (side panels, doors, roofs, flooring, etc.) Conduct structural and cosmetic trailer body repairs including welding, panel replacement, and alignment Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow safety protocols (including hot work permit) Collaborate with service team to ensure on-time completion of work orders Maintain consistent attendance to ensure work orders are completed as committed too (to the customer) WHAT YOU BRING 3 years trailer experience (fleet or dealership preferred) Strong knowledge of air brake systems, ABS, suspension, electrical, and trailer body structures Welding/Fabrication experience highly preferred Own your own tools a plus (but not required) Positive, Team-Focused Attitude CDL is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
