Job Function Summary: Plan Production based on MRP II requirements and create shop order packets. II. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Plan production based on MRP II requirements for manufactured parts. Process engineering changes. Process customer changes and manage the returned material process. Process scrap and rejects. Pull blueprints. Create Shop Order packets Reconcile annual physical inventory. Manage all customer furnished material and rebuilds scheduling. Provide backup coverage to shipping coordinator III. Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct Reports: None IV. Preferred Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Business Administration or a related field. One (1) year experience in MRP II production planning. A.P.I.C.S. certification. One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment. V. Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year experience in MRP II manufacturing scheduling. Experience in an interactive computer environment. Knowledge of materials management techniques for production planning. High school graduate or GED. VI. On-going Training Requirements: ISO 9001: 2015 requirements and compliance. BPCS system operation.
