The role involves supervising and coordinating technical activities within Interventional Radiology to ensure the efficient operation of that modality. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n \n Supervise and coordinate technical staff in Interventional Radiology. \n Teach special procedures techniques to technical staff and residents. \n Ensure quality of examinations performed by technical staff. \n Coordinate scheduling of examinations with referring physicians and radiologists. \n Maintain inventory controls, equipment repairs, and quality control equipment file. \n Log downtime, preventive maintenance, and related issues. \n \n\nQualifications\n \n Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Graduate of an AMA approved radiologic technology program Required \n Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist Required; General experience in supervising/leading others preferred. \n Licenses: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required; Registered Technologist (R) Required; Basic Life Support Required. \n Advanced Registry: In Interventional Radiology preferred. \n \n\nLocation\n City and State: Not specified. \n\n At ARMStaffing we take care of our employees!
