Law Firm | Fully Remote Our client, a leading U. law firm known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Digital, Technology & Data (DTD) division. This role sits within the Business Transformation team, which drives strategic improvements across departments such as HR, Finance, Business Development, Pricing, and Legal Operations. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working at the forefront of data and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of projects-from AI tool development and data engineering to data governance and the creation of data lakes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex, data-focused projects across the firmDefine project scope, timelines, and resource plans in partnership with stakeholdersCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful executionCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadershipDrive change management and ensure alignment across departmentsOversee documentation and support materials for process and technology changesCandidate Profile: Minimum 3 years' experience in digital transformation or data project managementStrong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PMP, MSP preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional services environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with data platforms, governance frameworks, or AI tools is a plusBackground in legal tech, consulting, or law firm operations is highly desirableThis is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier law firm in a role that blends strategic thinking, technical oversight, and operational impact-all from the comfort of your home office.
