Planning Solicitor (Associate) - Bristol This opportunity is a newly created role at a leading Legal 100 law firm in Bristol is for an Associate Solicitor (4-8 PQE) to join highly regarded and growing planning team. The team advise on all aspects of bringing sites forward for sustainable development and regeneration. This includes negotiating planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase advice, handling planning appeals, offering guidance on listed buildings and conservation areas, managing contaminated land issues and defending town green applications.
