This senior-level role is ideal for a solicitor or chartered legal executive ready to take the lead on complex family law matters while playing a key role in the department’s continued growth. The Role: You’ll take ownership of a diverse caseload involving: Divorce and separation proceedings Financial remedy applications Private children law matters Drafting cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements Representing clients in court and during negotiations Other Responsibilities: Mentor and support junior colleagues Contribute to the team’s development through networking and business generation What experience is desired?
