FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER WORKING 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS 6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM - ROTATING WEEKLY £13.95 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in WORCESTER. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. Benefits As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will receive the following benefits: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work Weekly pay Day to Day Duties As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver your duties will include but not be limited to: Driving/Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently Conducting inspections of the Truck and reporting any faults to management Receiving goods into the warehouse Stowing pallets Adhering to health and safety at all times Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods Receive and unpack incoming goods Organise stock for deliveries Move goods around the Warehouse as an when required Sorting various types of medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste and preparing these to be processed accordingly, most of which is incinerated on site Loading various recycling bins via the Truck Processing various types of refuse as per requirements Organise waste areas and place bins in correct areas Essential Skills As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver, you will need the following: A valid Counterbalance Licence - external or internal Experience driving/operating a Counterbalance Truck Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task Good spatial awareness Accuracy and attention to detail Organisational skills Reliability Self-motivated Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks Team Player Desirable Experience Working with medical, clinical and pharmaceutical waste Training Full training on company policies and procedures will be provided by the client Contact: This client values its workers and provides an excellent working environment If you are looking for high-paying, reliable work, click below to apply today or get in touch with our recruitment team to find out more People Solutions do not charge any of their candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process
