Financial Controller Newcastle-under-Lyme, hybrid Circa £65,000 10% bonus Are you an experienced finance professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role? We're looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing, international business and take the lead in driving financial operations across multiple European markets. As Financial Controller, you'll oversee financial operations including accounts receivable/payable, reporting, compliance, and audit. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance across UK and European entities. What We're Looking For: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) 5 years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills UK GAAP expertise and hands-on experience with month/year-end processes Ability to lead change, improve processes, and influence at all levels
