HR Advisor - 3-Month FTC Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata) Location: Warrington, Cheshire - travel may be required Start Date: Immediate start We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project. The Role: As HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to: Relocation Redeployment Redundancies Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you'll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required. About You: We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact.
