Step into a busy estimating/design seat where you'll price real enquiries, work with in-house engineers, and support smooth handovers to project delivery. Clear scope, strong team, and room to grow. What you'll do Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations. Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations. Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options. Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land. Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy. What you'll need 2 years' construction estimating/quoting experience. Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel. Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through. Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
